Our customers are the most important part of Batchelor’s Service. When it comes to servicing your heating and air conditioning, you should expect the best. Batchelor’s Service is faithfully committed to the goal of providing the best service possible for your residential needs. We want our customers to feel good about the work we do and the way we do it.

Larry Batchelor and his father, Bruce Batchelor, founded Batchelor’s Heating & Cooling in 1967 when the two set up shop in what was formerly a grocery store. Larry performed the service work and Bruce handled the sales. In spite of tremendous growth since those early years, Batchelor’s Service has maintained that hometown character of caring and personal service. Dedicated to producing work that is a source of pride for both the employee and the customer is the cornerstone the company was founded upon. In 1997, Batchelor’s was acquired by Comfort Systems USA to meet the needs of Commercial customers. On July 1, 2002 the Residential Division, Batchelor’s Service is back locally owned by two long time employees, Edward S. Leatherbury, President and General Manager and Charles Norris, Vice President and Service Manager. Mr. Leatherbury became affiliated with the company in 1988 when the Residential Service division was in its infancy. Mr. Norris has been affiliated since 1980 as a service technician and later service manager in the residential division.

Batchelor’s Service is serious about providing our customers with the best. Starting with a fleet of 22 service vehicles, an excellent dispatch system and service hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday – Saturday and 24 hr. emergency service, we’re ready to be there when you need us. You can trust our technicians to be professional, courteous and efficient.

Part of Batchelor’s Service commitment to the customer and the community means providing a 100% drug-free work force. We want you, the customer, to feel completely confident that our technicians are well trained, trustworthy and capable of completing the job at hand safely and effectively.

Our commitment to you extends beyond simply being there when something breaks down. We want to make sure your system runs as smoothly, efficiently, and trouble-free as possible. Our Energy Saving Agreement emphasizes this philosophy. With a Batchelor’s Service Energy Saving Agreement, we’ll help you improve the efficiency and life of your system through regularly scheduled maintenance check-ups and professional tune-ups. We’ll get you involved in the upkeep of your system, and show you how regular maintenance can cut your heating and cooling costs. Not only that, but in the event of an emergency requiring immediate service, you become a priority customer, eligible for service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
