Why do I need an Energy Savings Agreement?
A well maintained heating and cooling system uses less gas and electricity than a system that's not maintained. Dust, pollen and other airborne contaminates will either pass thru the filter or around the sides of the filters and collect on the evaporator coil causing the air flowing through the coil into the home to be restricted.
By checking the electrical connections, monitoring the amperage draw on motors and capacitors on a regular basis, we can detect small problems and correct them before they fail or become larger problems. Freon levels are checked on all maintenance checks. Even a small leak that you hope will get you through the summer or let you get by until next year can cost you a lot more in utility bills than the repair or replacement.
